I'm looking for someone who can be on call to help me with all sorts of custom coding things that may arise. it took me 2-3 mins to realize it is on the after Pseudo for a second I thought it would be done in JS but usually forcing hover in Devtools browser usually doesn't apply hover if it is JS, hovering doesnt run JS or change DOM so I relaized it might be before,after Pseudo-elements I'd be happy to work with you in WordPress themes Regards Abdulbari

Its easy, just change the transition in CSS to a larger number and it will slow down. This element (.nav-menu > ul > li > a:after, .nav-menu > div.menu-ul > ul > li > a:after)
