Customize user role for new registrants

I need to be able to set the user role of new registrants that come from either a specific path on my domain or a special register now button. I need to be able to later on create new roles myself and new registration pages. The reason is that I want to create custom prices for my WooCommerce store per user role and I am not sure how otherwise I'd force people into certain roles based on the source from where they registered.
