Direct Message Bot

I need a software that has a very easy start/stop feature. (Literally clicking a button so that when you post you can send out all the DMs at once). A very simple UI so I can do it via my phone on an RD app. Have an option to change the message, and what usernames the message is being sent to. Then once it is started it sends a message to a list of usernames. Ex. Done Please Return! Like and comment Recent @example That is the easy part. The hard part is for the bot to pick up on the previous message sent by the other person. People drop different names at different times, so it would need to be able to pick up the @example and like And comment a random word on the recent post. If a username isn't dropped, I would need to Bot to just like And comment on the user sending the messages last post. I would need it to do only one run per start action because when people reply, I wouldn't want the bot to keep spamming the same message.
