add new field for user account page in woocommerce

I want to new add common field as user required information for account page,checkout page and edit order page in admin dashboard. And also I want you to check the issue for checkout and account edit page. The issue is user can't choose prefecture field so they can't proceed order. It works with Chrome and safari of some version. The issue will be occur with Safari 5.1.10 and IE 11. But I don't make sure all browser,I mean which browser doesn't work. So I need someone who can check all browser and fix it. It's urgent issue,so I want to fix it within 1 day.
