Adding Custom JavaScript into existing website. No Coding - Just Setup.

We are building website using Elementor Pro. We need to add an open license JavaScript into a section of our website. It would be using open-license "[login to view URL]" which means no extra coding needed, and the setup is the primary task of the freelancer. Here is the Link: [login to view URL] We also need the freelancer to write a simple text-based "step-by-step guide" on how to do it for our in-house staff which is going through training. Guide should include following features: 1) Having dots on certain countries while the globe rotates and ability add/erase dots: 2) How to change color of these dots. 3) Ability to add few lines of content on hover on dots as well. 4) Should be able to enable/disable the content box on dots if needed.
