i need to modify the Buck Converter Adjustable Step-Down Power Supply Module LM2596S as you can see it in the below link
I need it connected with arduino stm32f103 blue pill, it shall have an encoder with a button to change the voltage also connected to ili9341 tft lcd to show the readings and a menu using the encoder to setup and save the settings withing the stm32f103 using stm32duino . also i need you to write arduino library to control it via rs-232, i2c and spi.

Depend on your type of load i dont recomended LM2596S
buck converter is a simple circuit but to control it u need high pwm
and some interfacing circuit.
