booking form

i need that a user can set a date from a first datepicker (arrival date) and the second datepicker (departure date) is automatically set on the day after the first datepicker and 3 more elements (number of adults, number of child and number of rooms). After this on submit i need to send these 2 dates to another website but decomposed in 6 parts, like arrival_day, arrival_month, arrival_year, departure_day, departure month, departure_year, adults, children, room.
