Build Me a Website -- 2

JUST need a Login and Signup option after signup log into user panel>> add money to account using payment gateway (india) after adding payment user can upgrade account to level 2 after upgrading to level 2 the required money for level 2 account wil be debit from user account. then user will get a referal link. then user send referal link to another guy he will register in website, then same process after adding money adn upgrade to level 2 , money will debit from new user and money will add in user1 account. like reffaral system need also withdraw money option, adding bank details, user profile, change password, account stats like nmber of users refferd, total earnings and a dashboard for master admin for manage all. need simple mobile site design.
