In the context of a start-up founding competition in Germany, we are looking to find out what the requirements for our platform would be. Our goal is to create a complete platform to allow students to take advantage of their time in a more productive way. A central component of the platform is a study note sharing system, with which users can upload their study notes as PDF files or have them converted by the upload system itself if the provided files can be easily converted, and look at other users' study notes in their browser. These study notes shall be categorised by a system of thematic tags describing the different topics in each study note, which will be applied according to the user's profile information (if it allows to apply tags such as grade or federal state) and a questionnaire filled out by the uploader when uploading. In addition Oh whatever our deadline is coming up soon and we just want an estimation how many people and how much money our quite modular website would need to be built in two months, I'm sorry for being so curt. If you need more information please ask. We're definitely looking at employing multiple freelancers (maybe around five is our estimate) to work on the project at the same time (theoretically, I will remind you at this point), so please consider the implications of that when giving your estimate. The project would probably be managed by our own employee web developer.

From what I have read , there are only a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports? Because your platform will be Geo-Location based so that each student can access their private dashboard , i really need to understand the above. Once I have these information, I will be able to build more wisely for you. though the functional idea is somewhat clear to me , the logistics or the flow of the system still remains a bit fuzzy. Especially , the Database schema that will govern the user flow needs to be talked about. So to put it simply , I want to have a more clear understanding of the end goal. Since this will be a user account based system and the Dashboard for managing activities needs to be made a bit more clear. So please let me know a good time to talk .
