Bulk Video And Picture Uploader For Facebook Page

Hello, I require the following script to be built: A facebook page auto scheduler for videos and pictures in bulk: How i would need it to work, Once a user has registered they would need to join their facebook account (using facebook api) to display all their facebook pages that have privileges to post to. On a settings page they would set the schedule times (the time slots when the posts would be made to facebook page) Once they have done this they can select what account they want to bulk schedule to. For example, if they were to upload 5 vidoes or pictures they would schedule 1am 1/1/2017 10am 1/1/2017 1am 2/1/2017 10am 2/1/2017 1am 3/1/2017 If they would upload more in the future they would just add to the next available time slot and date. Once a video/picture has been posted to facebook it would be deleted from the server. A basic admin pannel allowing me to see registered users and a way for me to login to their accounts as admin. Once this part of the project is complete there would be some other aspects that would need adding but this would be a new job.
