Cakephp developer with excellent analytical skill

Looking for a cakephp developer (or a team) to develop new features into my website and also to develop existing module as well. The work will also involve of creating new design and work on existing design along with development. Also we will be require to integrate payment gateway based in India only. ---- I've created User Stories in trello and I can only add you to the trello board when you answer my questions properly & ask me some good questions which make sense.
