Change translation for a title in PrestaShop

I can't figure out how to change the translation for a title on front page. The issue is that when you have selected English as language, the title is in English. But when you change language to Norwegian, the title is still English. I don't think its a very big task for someone who have many years of experience with PHP and PrestaShop I have a budget on 15USD for this issue, but for the right candidate I can give more work with higher pay in the future.
