Check why my PHP code isn't working

I have some current code which works fine. (in the php file that processes the calculations on one of my pages) for ($i = 0; $i <= 6; $i++) { $incomeSubtotal += $values[$i] * $periods[$i]; } (In the php file that displays the form in an email.) //Header $incomeSubtotal = number_format($_REQUEST['incomeSubtotalDisplay']); //Body '.$currencySymbol.$incomeSubtotal.' I have now added new sections that I want to also display in an email, but it's ONLY passing zero values which you can see in the image I have attached. I have just shown the code for i == 0 to 6. (in the php file that processes the calculations on one of my pages) for ($i = 0; $i <= 6; $i++) { $incomeSubtotal += $values[$i] * $periods[$i]; $itemAnnual[$i] = $values[$i] * $periods[$i]; $return['itemAnnualDisplay[$i]'] = $itemAnnual[$i]; } (In the php file that displays the form in an email.) Header $incomeSubtotal = number_format($_REQUEST['incomeSubtotalDisplay']); //for ($i = 0; $i <= 79; $i++) { $item_Annual[$i] = number_format($_REQUEST['itemAnnualDisplay[$i]']); //} Body '.$currencySymbol.$item_Annual[0].' '.$currencySymbol.$item_Annual[1].' (etc, all the way down to 6) '.$currencySymbol.$incomeSubtotal.' After a process of elimination, it must be how I am writing the code for the return with [$i] etc. or in the header of the php file for the form. Can someone who definitely knows the answer and has READ this whole message please reply. No time wasters who think they can help but can't. Also DO NOT PHONE ME!! Thanks heaps :)
