I have two ideas: 1.- Move your form to your wordpress site. For this I would have to install a plug-in on your wordpress site and then configure the form to your needs. I would need admin access to you wordpress site for the duration of the project. The validation and emailing would be done from the wordpress site itself. I think this is the cleanest solution and the more user-friendly for final users. In this case the styling could be copied from your wordpress site, so that the form has a better look and feel. 2.- Keep your current setup (wordpress links to an external site with the form). In this case I would enhance your existing PHP pages to include the validations you need and fix the emailing problem. A little bit about me: .- I'm new to freelancer (this is only my second bid) .- I have 15+ years of experience -- over 8 in wordpress, PHP and MySQL .- I have programmed several forms like yours.
