With GDPR / Privacy laws coming into play I need a pop up form to show on my website when someone accesses the site. 2 taxt boxes are required (along with scroll bars - because the text will be far larger than the text boxes) plus a positive consent tick box ** IMPORTANT ** The form should only appear when the tick box has not been ticked - ie it should disappear and not show again once the tick box is ticked - so if the user ticks a box and goes to a different web page then the consent form should not appear The consent form should prevent access to the website (ie the website should sit in the back ground) until the consent form is ticked. I have attached a mock up of what I think the pop up form should look like I need to be able to change the headings and the text content Thank you
