Hello, We will want to create a crowdfunding real estate platform as: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] We will need also a web designer to have a friendly design for our clients/ investors We will need to make: - the platform (layout) that clients and investors will see when they will enter on our website. the website needs to be SEO friendly and have some nice features. - a custom admin and sub-admin with different permissions and features when we can see all the transactions. Also, a payment system in which we can track all the payments and credit the accounts. - to create the client/ investor your account with all the features. Also is important to verify these clients with their documents and to have a contract generated each time. - to create the layout account for the developer (the business which wants our client money to invest in his project) - an affiliate/ commission system for our clients IMPORTANT: - we will need some strong security systems for the website, for the clients/ investors, and of the developers. - we will also need the contract which is automatically generated by the website to be signed by the investors *** we are also looking for someone who has experience in this kind of platform and can guide us to develop the website in order to be practical, UI, and develop full functionalities for all user categories time to finish the project 2-3 months
