Need a remote desktop assistance tool like teamviewer to provide remote assistance to the clients. It should be installed as a service and should be always running on client system. Whenever client has any issue they will call us and we will connect to their system. They will allow permission or they can choose "Allow Always" and our support team can connect to client system and resolve issue.
