Custom WordPress Themes for existing social network platform | Coordinating shared location and shared calendar

A basic social networking site has been created using Wordpress. Users are already able to arrange basic meetings with each other, based on location and "daily" time availability. The design is done. I need coding. Next, I need coding of: 1. Meetings (based on existing design), where availability of users is checked by the "hour" (at this stage availability is checked based on the day). Meetings are then saved on the user's Calendar on the user's profile and Feed page (and synced with Gmail/other calendars, if possible). Calendar details will be shared with selected users only: visibility depends on rules, where certain information is visible only to connections. In order to do this, the user needs to be able to mark his connections into three "levels": a. Share all details, b. Share intermediate details, c. Do not share any information. 2. Notifications (i.e. new followers, invites to meetings, etc.) to be sent to each user email, at a frequency selected by the user in Settings (real-time, daily, weekly). Meetings alerts to be sent to user's email the day before and one hour before the meetings. 3. Tweak look of few pages to fit into computer screen (current size of items is too big and requires scrolling-down).
