Customer Registration APP

PURPOSE of APP TO Build a rich Customer Database for one or Many CLIENT Businesses. BY capturing Customer data via a simple 'Registration' mobile web Form; adding that data to a locally built database (for each CLIENT) and ALSO to an existing external Database via an API Push; and then presenting an APP built Reward/VOUCHER page on a customer's mobile phone. Summary: Get people to 'Sign-up' to a Clients 'VIP' Database by offering a Reward (Voucher). WHAT IS REQUIRED We need a simple web form developed for mobile phone use. - The FORM will be accessed by an advertised URL link - so the form link must be generated. - There may be MANY Forms created - one each for Each CLIENT using the system. - The Questions in the form (maximum three questions only) can be different for each CLIENT - The Questions and other Client Settings (e.g. Client logo and colours)are managed via an ADMIN Access portal. - New CLIENTS set-up can be added via the ADMIN Portal. - Each CLIENT should have their own local Database created. - After a Form is completed by a Customer, the data is captured to a Local created Database and ALSO sent via API push to the CLIENT's corresponding SMS Account using their API KEY. - The Client's SMS Account is set-up separately and is NOT a part of this Project (this project just needs to generate the API push, after checking data validity in Local DB). - After the Form is Completed successfully by a Customer the page is replaced by either: 1/ a "VOUCHER Page", or 2/ a "Sorry - Already Registered page" or 3/ by an client's Externally generated page (URL address added in ADMIN portal). - The VOUCHER Page is generated by this APP from details added in the ADMIN portal - including the Voucher IMAGE, page colour and text. - The SORRY page is also Generated by this APP - including the message text shown. - The EXTERNAL page is NOT part of this APP - a URL will be manually added in the Client's ADMIN Settings area.
