customised crm software for investment advisor firm

I need to create a cutomised crm for my financial advisory firm. Below is some overview. i have some 1500 clients to whom i provide mutual funds advisory as well as provide them direct equity investing. Most of the reporting related to investment is done using respective softwares. But, i need to maintain prelimenery data in some local hosted app / website. initially we will import all clients into the platform & each client would be identified by unique pan no. Also, each client would be part of family head. So this add one more filter level at all stages. typical scenario would be staff will do data entry related in forms such as below For MF 1. Transaction forms (4-5 different kinds of transactions like purchase, switch, redemption, sip, non financial trxn, etc) 2. After data entry, these trxns need to be checked for completeness on mutual fund\'s website after 2-3 days or even a month depending upon type of trxn. So each trxn would have its own reminder automatically popup when user logs in & until it is done, it will popup. For stock broking 1. Client\'s static details to be imported from existing excel sheet. There after only activities related to client like bank modification or any other relavent info to be entered. For customer support 1. Tickets based system with auto reminder to the staff 2. Tickets can be generated by client email sent to support email or direct entry by staff as of now i cant judge any specific budget but once we discuss the requirements, we can finalise the deal. i would need it to be a browser based system with ajax or html5 with instant search results. i can host it on my local pc or existing hosting of my website [login to view URL]
