Friend is operating a website [login to view URL] using a single page format consisting of blog posts in WordPress. There are about 6 post to make up the entire page, and they include 3 forms. Recently the WordPress instance was upgraded to v2.2 and Gravity Forms upgraded to v2.4.1. In the process, some Javascript errors were discovered which cause the conditional logic in Gravity Forms to fail (eg- '$[login to view URL] is not a function'). Visit the site and see for yourself. The conditional logic in the Cake Order Form is supposed to show only certain fields depending on whether the user selects: pick up or delivery using the radio buttons. Screenshots are attached for reference to conditional logic and Javascript errors. The goal of the project is to edit the site or the WordPress custom theme so as to resolve all the Javascript errors and ensure that the forms conditional logic is working correctly. This is expected to be an easy project for someone familiar with custom theme in WordPress. You will be reporting to me and I have full access to CPanel, WordPress, etc.
