Delivery Management System

The client runs an errands/delivery business, largely using motorbikes. The client is called 'the manager' in the description below. The system should have provision for the following: 1) The motorbikes should have a tracker, so that the manager (in his office or on his phone) can see on a map where each bike is. (You can make recommendations for this, if any) 2) A client who has a delivery to be made can ask for a delivery guy by: - going online, - filling in a 160 character description of the task and other details - select current location (and destination if applicable) from a (Google?) map 3) The manager can also create a job from his end, for clients who may just call and give verbal instructions 4) The manager receives the request and sees which rider is nearest the client (or most convenient to send) and asks the rider to go to the client. Billing: 5) When the job is completed, either the client or the Manager can mark the job as Complete. 6) The manager enters an amount to bill for the job. 7) The manager sends an Invoice to the client by email or by SMS and a record remains available 8) The manager can send a reminder to the client for any unpaid invoice.
