Design a part of a PHP Web Application that manages Inventory

The main purpose of this project is do develop a part of a software application that is capable of managing an inventory: - Create / Edit Group Items - Create / Edit Items - Import Items from excel files - Add specific fields to items - Manage Serial Numbers NOTES: All the interaction with the database is done through an existing REST API, so no SQL knowledge is necessary. The Design template is already done and selected so no design is needed. The work is to be done in PHP and it should run on a GCP server, and is basically getting data from forms, putting data into forms, getting data from rest API and place them on the FORMS and local javascript to handle the user interaction. Further information can be provided, and a complete list of specs can be sent to the person(s) who get selected.
