we need an experienced PHRETS developer to assist in pulling data from RETS to MySQL. This is an ongoing project with many parts. The next part of the project will be to develop an API to perform searches. This is not a job for a newbie or trainee. Do not waste anyone’s time unless you have had experience. We will not pay rates comparable to someone working onsite since hay defeats the purpose of a freelancer. We will ignore and remove any placeholder bids or ridiculously high rates. If you have experience you can finish this part quickly. Then we can move on.
