Dear Sir, We checked the video and this required to 3 main phases . Creating facebook app and integrate it into our plugin, then generate optin button so users can give permission to our facebook app and we can deliver notification to users who granted the permissions to do so. And they have integrated autoresponders with different services. we can do the same with those services API and integrate. Though we need few test accounts from those services when we build this plugin and hope u'll provide that . so it includes some cost for yourself for the services who doesn't offer free trials.
