Fix some issues with Odoo

I have an Odoo 11 community edition installed. 1) I need the first day of the week to be Saturday, and Friday to be the weekend. 2) I installed a theme "Adaptiv" and now I get the following error every time I open Odoo I need to fix this error. The style compilation failed, see the error below. Your recent actions may be the cause, please try reverting the changes you made.
