I need a custom form that I can add up sums of products, calculate sales final with tax. Also i need the form to have certain areas that are mandatory to fill out. the form must be able to be used on online or offline on different computers. I need to be able to export all the contact information forms on a csv file at the end of the day. On the bottom of the form there should be 3 Tabs (Email Tab so that it can be emailed if needed, PRINT Tab so that we can print out the info, SAVE tab so we can save all info so later on can be exported.
