We are an International Scientific Online Project Olympiad called ISOPO. The reason why we are doing this "Science Fair" online is that there are too many young, bright minds from all around the world with genius projects about the environment that do not have the funds to participate in a Science Fair that takes place somewhere in the world. We are looking for a sponsor who can build a database driven website (Project Application System) where the students can register their projects. Because this will be our first year organizing the Olympiad, we do not have any sponsors or funds that can cover the expenses for the system. After the first edition (starting this September) of our Olympiad is finished, we guarantee that the full sum that you are asking for the system will be paid. We need a trustworthy person that can do this system for free until the first edition of the Olympiad is finished. The design of the website should be modern and mostly in light green color with the attached font. Our logo should be a static in every page.
