Git management page by Utilizing git Api

I am trying to create a page which could manage, edit and delete project by utilizing a open source git management api such as gitlab api. The project is very simple. You just need to build the connection with the api and implement some simple functionality such as create project, create brunch, delete project. Please use laravel 5.1 as your framework, since my work is done on larval so far. The main purpose of this project is that I can study how to use laravel to manage muti project and track the working process.
