import export file in project

1. Import CSV data files into Project 2. Create a Map for Task, Resource and Assignment data import 3. Create a new project from an CSV import file 4. Append Resource Date to the newly created Project file 5. Merge Assignment data to complete the import process in the Project file 6. Export project file to an Excel (xls) file
