Intergrate Chrome extension with Paypal for payment

What work is required (see below) (1) Rather than payment getting done with Google Chrome payment, we want the payment to be done by PayPal or Stripe (preferred Stripe). This is a monthly recurring extension (2) After the payment, the person gets login details and then can enter those login details to extension to activate their extension (3) The login details are created with Word press (4) We also want affiliate WordPress plugin integrated where existing customers can become affiliate and get some commission each month into their PayPal or stripe
