we have a custom template (html standard) and we need to convert it into joomla 1.10. Stylesheet should include basic fonts and layers. In addition to the outline brief the selected provider will be requried to ensure the solution is fully compatible with IE and FF. Bidders should have good experience in template conversions, configuring and using Joomla, PHP and scripts.
