Lead Module/Database in Word Press

I currently have a lead module in word press. I need to add some functions to it since we originally created it. 1) I need to be able to delete the leads in each of the database and upload either new files or the same files. 2) It was previously programmed where each member would not receive the same lead, I'm not sure that is working and need that to be checked. 3) The lead database has 3 different categories of leads. When I search for a member I need to be able to click on that member and not only send them their leads, but to also be able to click a link and view their back office and see the leads that have been distributed to them in the past and to see which leads have been downloaded by them. 4) The lead database was supposed to be programmed where the leads sent to a member appeared in their members area and an email is generated to tell them that. But, the leads are NOT downloaded from the lead database unless they click the link. I need to be sure that feature is working as well.
