Make an Eu Cookie law plugin on Wordpress

I have a lot of WP sites and i need a fast way to apply a pre configured WP plugin to each one of them.\r\nI need you to make it very similar this Eu law cookie plugin that you find on: lovepedia.net.\r\nWhen i say to \"very similar\" i mean: it should display in the same way and the privacy policy\'s content should be the same. So it should be very similar except for the fact that i need it to appear at the bottom of the page and not at the top.\r\n\r\nYou can use a pre existent WP plugin an modify it (i already have WeePie Cookie Allow and Italy cookie choices) or to create a new one for me.\r\n\r\nThe cookie should:\r\n-allow acceptance by scrolling and by clicking on ok button\r\n- open the privacy policy in a popup\r\n- asynchronously loading the social buttons and youtube videos present on the page only after the user acceptance and without reloading the page!\r\n- contain a tag in the policy that will modify part of it consiering the site url. so that when i install it on a different site of mine... all that i have to do is to enable it and it will be already working and well configured!\r\n-support multilanguage with automatic geodetection\r\n\r\nI will provide you access to an example wp site of mine with WeePie Cookie Allow and Italy cookie choices installed. I do not care the way you do it. You can try to modify one of these plugins or write a new one or to write a new plugin from scratch... it is up to you.\r\nI do not care about this, i just care about the result.\r\n\r\nIf you are not confident that you can do it in a FAST way please do not bid on this project. I hate people that waste my time and i need this work to be completed fast!
