Making of a plugin for automation

Hi guys, I would like to automatically add events that are created in certain categories of "Eventbooking" as ads in Social Ads. The ads would need to be Unlimited Ads and unpublish on Cut-off date (of the event). They would need to look like the example (see attachment). The picture in the ad needs to be taken from the event (please note that they may have different sizes, so overflow needs to be hidden) and the bold writing is the name of the event (Only event name is needed, so only one line in final ad). The learn More button does not actually have a function. It should be part of the "template" of the text ad. How much would such a custom requirement cost? Please note that the layout should be built using the layout plugin (see documentation here: [login to view URL]) Here is a pathway that could be used: "The trigger for the events creation is onEventsCreation (or something like this, I cannot remember of the top of my head) and the plugin only needs to "listen" to that trigger. Along the trigger array you can send the information regarding the picture (the event picture, should be §img, but not sure anymore either right now.
