Medical Coding Tracking and Billing Application

Dear Client I have reviewed the project description and the attached document. I understand that we need to develop an application to track client information, basic patient information and tasks performed on that patient. We can certainly develop this application but have some queries: 1. By "Agency" did you mean they are your clients? Also what is the purpose of adding the clients? Will these clients perform any operation on patients and you will record it? 2. In the second screen of the attachment, please elaborate the concept. 3. What is the purpose of Document Types? 4. There is a list of agency specific pricing, did you mean we need to pull these prices for the patients? 5. We can create a panel for employees and tasks can be assigned to them as well. But what will be the next steps to it? 6. Who is raising the invoice and to whom exactly? There are many such similar queries. In short, would be great if you can share the concept of the whole system i.e. to which users the application will cater and what would be the main functionalities in it. As per the project description, the application is very small but as per the attachments there are many things into it. Please open PMB to discuss this further. Hi there, I have read initial requirements and understood the overall scope of work. As per my understanding, medical coding and billing web application is required. It will be used to track the client and patient information and the tasks performed on that patient.. A billing report/invoice will be generate based on the rates defined in the pricing matrix for that client. It will be task based application and employees of an agency will be assigned the tasks and the employees will only see the tasks assigned to them. We have few questions which are given below: - Which type of user will define the agencies and employees and then will assign the tasks? - Kindly explain the tasks which will be assigned to the employees? - We need the details of the documents which are involved in the tasks and are shown to the users?
