Mobile site team management

I am looking for a mobile site team project management app. a secure sysstem with multiple login users at different access levels. we receive maintenance calls to our office, I would like to drop them onto a map based on their address. I would like them displayed with a pin- showing quick view information like time recieved and type of complaint. I would like my field teams to also be represented on the map ( i would like it to be pretty much live updates). their information also shown- estimated time on job, estimated time left on job. I would like my office to be able to issue a job to the closest field team, or soonest to be able to attend. I would like a field technician to accept the job, and be given route directions to the site. ( my office can then see estimated arrival on site) Once they arrive on site. site start time is recorded, the technician must complete nescescary paperwork, risk assesments etc. they must then assess the job, take pictures, draw diagram, order material from office to be delivered to them. their assesment of the job will give an estimated time to complete. we base all of our timings on a rate card, I know how much we get paid/charge individual items out on the jobs, per screw, per test, per everything. these rates devide the technicians hourly rate show me how much time we can afford to spend on that technician- they cannot ask for more than we receive. I would like the technician to pick off a table all the items that need to be completed, this will aotomatically allow us to create an invoice and cost the job to be printed out at the office and submitted weekly to our client. I would also like to be able to scrutinise all sorts of collected data, KPI information on the technicians, how many jobs recieved, jobs completed, on time, behind time, hours on timesheets asked for, hours actually billable. How many complaints in one area, how many return visits to certain addresses, addresses where complaints ere made but could not be rectified immediatly and return visit required, these must stay on GIS map but be different color as they are not immediate responses required. I would also like to see some accounting info, invoice amounts, total invoices per shift, per worker, material ordered, material outstanding. there are alot of items that will need further discussion but this is the basic jist. this will be the first step - second step will be to connect this to our stores department with RFID so we can see what stock we have and need to collect for each job from multiple stores locations.
