Need to complete application page -- 2

I have an application page that has been started but is not finished. I need this page complete. So user will come to the sign apply for a job. They first search for a job , click on the job, they will then follow through the steps in completing an online application process. There will be a series of steps about 7 or 8 steps. see the attachment. Each page will have progress button, (next,) and the preceeding page will have an back button, The final page will have a submit button (see attachment. Also. i have another page on the site that is not calculating bid correct. user come to site. and request a bid on a service. system should calculate the cost properly
