My page has mixed content warning in error and I have narrowed down the problem to a php file that is outputting an HTTP link in error. I need someone to make the link to output HTTPS. Should take an experienced PHP person less than 60 seconds to complete. I have attached the lines of code for your review. I am 99% sure this is the problem, but if not, I would need you to find and fix the problem.
