Need some php code for "send to friend" feature

I am looking for 2 pieces of php code to send two different types of forms: 1) The form has 2 fields, name and email. When a user submits it the results are sent to my client, and a custom message is sent to the person who completed the form using the email address they entered. This message needs to include hyperlinks. 2) The 2nd one is a "send to a friend" feature. Fields are YOUR NAME, YOUR EMAIL, FRIEND NAME, FRIEND EMAIL. Results of the fields are sent to my client and a custom message is sent to the friend specified, this message should include html.
