1) I am using a custom Mailster notification email template. When a new subscriber receives the opt-in email, the confirmation link doesn't work. 2) I need to setup the autoresponse emails for my newsletter subscriptions and campaigns. 3) Resolve a plugin conflict but on page load, a dark bg appears and an image placeholder icon on most of my website pages. Need this removed. 4) I need my site to be faster on page load. 5) I need plugin conflicts resolved between my Book plugin and Mailster newsletter plugin. 6) I need my right sidebar widgets styled (e.g. Instagram fields are too big and Newsletter Subscribe button needs to be bigger and 100% responsive. 7) On my listing results page, I need to insert 'description' characters under the title headings (similar to blog articles). 8) Add another tab to my single listing page template called "Make An Offer". Immediate start and completion required.
