Online and Bricks and mortar epos booking system

Im looking help with a booking system. Im using bookly and woocommerce and also thinking square. The booking system is to allow a company to sell activities, online or through bricks and mortar. They have limited slots that they can sell per hour. So we we are looking for a system that allows them to sell the slots by pre-booking online, or by turning up paying and booking the slot. I have the website setup and built its just the final functionality [login to view URL] Is the below possible, I’m open to recommendations of combined plugins WORDPRESS / BOOKLY / WOOCOMMERCE / SQUARE (POSSIBLY)) HERE IS AN EXAMPLE I have 3 time slots I want to sell on a Monday at 10pm. for an activity Scenario 1: - Slot 1 gets booked online. 1. Person at home goes to the website and Picks Monday at 10pm Using bookly plugin. 2. Bookly takes the booking and fills the slot. 3. Bookly sends the user to to checkout/woocommerce. for payment. 4. In woo commerce he manually enters his name, email and credit card details and checks out with square. 5. A waiver link is shown and user clicks this and is asked the users to fill in and answer the questions. 6. User signs his signature at the bottom of the form using mousse or signature. Scenario 2: - Slot 2. (bricks and mortar). It gets booked in store. 1. Gentleman walks in at 9.45 pm on Monday asks can he do an activity at 10pm. 2. Till operator uses the same system but has a till operator login to just the booking section. 3. Uses bookly and selects the slot. 4. Bookly sends the till operator to the checkout/woocommerce screen for payment. 5. Till operator asks for payment. Cash or Card 6a. Customer says cash. Checkout complete. 6b. Customer says card and puts his card in the square card reader and he enters his pin. Slot 2 is booked. 7. The till operator sees two links fill in waiver or go back to make a new booking screen. 7. A waiver link is shown and till operator clicks this and is asked the customer a few questions. 8. Customer is handed a different iPad and fill in waiver and signs.
