We are looking to create a mobile platform where we can send jobs to our installers and they can pull them up on their phone and attach pictures to it and add comments. There would also be a map function, so their work will be in order. It also, will need a customer signature area.

I think your app idea is truely a million dollar app idea and would love to work on it. As a mobile developer I always look for the next good idea like this. As part of the project I can provide a basic layout of the app, and hourly updates on work as needed with no problem. I am fluent in java, C#, selenium, and QA automation.
