PHP CodeIgniter Parttime Developer

Hai I need a PHP parttime developer , Who knows Codeigniter,HTML,Bootstrap,Jquery,MySQL only Peoples Have good understanding can apply, I need work in very short time , I will give you small small jobs initially and you have to be in chat with me when working, you will be working with me, so time is at most important. I need one for long term Task details See attachments task 1: the page with rooms listing is already there, I need a popup when clicked the box and you will be able to set room temparature,fanspeed and room status of selected room from dropdowns and need to be saved : - you only have to use one popup and set the roomid,anbd other fields based on clicked element task 2: On mouse Hour just show the detailed room view as in the picture, Picturizing the existing values from the hovering box Task 3: just change the listing style of boxes, just need to show rooms in color , this should be in another page or same page, if I have added one more class in the wrapper, because i need both designs, may be new themes later, and the same functionality in all places the work should be done with bootstrap I need this done Quickly, because I am working in some other sections this will only take few hours for one.
