PHP Draw path on Google MAP

hello i want someone to make me a php page that will show a MAP and upon clicking on it it will draw a path that path should extend as i keep on clicking on the map it should have the features as bellow show all the clicked points(lat, long) on a Div allow me to edit or remove a point should save the path to database i should be able to re plot the path from database This is part of a big project so i need combination of Quality of Work and Cheaper price
