Re Post - RETS IDX WordPress plugin developer needed

I purchased a real estate WordPress theme with a plug in that does not fit my needs. I am looking for a freelancer who has RETS IDX plugin experience. Here is what I need from my current plugin to be upgraded, redeveloped or worked on. I have a data of 40,000 homes for sale in few categories. The current plug in appears to not have an option, or maybe I have no idea how to populate the results. A plug in that has options for: - to display homes by the city with a unique URL permalink -pages that I can work on homes by city and type with unique permalink - to have a choice of showing homes by year built - display homes by school district -once on a listing page to have highlighted URL to the results of the same criteria above -and the last one is near by homes for sale; once previewing the listing, have the near by homes for sale populated as well. This is not a training project. Someone who may already have the plug in built or someone who can work from the plug in that is already installed. Even starting a new plug in with the option above if it fits my budget. Many Thanks, - make a pages by smaller section of the town/city; subdivision pages.
