Printing software with Caller ID reader

1. We will connect to the PC USB 56k data fax modem and that modem other end will be connected the telephone line. When some one call to the number is connected to the USB fax modem, mode automatically find out when number the call is coming from you job will be red the information is coming the the fax modem and send that phone number to the url. 2. If the internet gets lost on software music will play and will show a no connection error page and will wait until connection back. 3. If the database connections are lost music will play and will show a no connection error page and will wait until connection back. 4. Order need to be printed using the thermal printer we have two type thermal printer 80mm and the 58mm. Have to make sure working on both size fine 5. software must be work on all version of windows including surface 5. software should be able run our website offline. if we make any changes to our website or database we should be able to update in to the software.
