Hola que tal un saludo, espero no sea tarde para ofertar. yo ya he trabajado con esos gps, 103 y 203 de coban. ¿esos son chinos o son americanos? porque normalmente lo que ocurre es que la trama no llega como uno quiere, o como el manual lo dice (en caso de ser chinos), hacerlo en php no es muy buena idea por las limitaciones del lenguaje en ese aspecto. es mejor usar node js, mucho las ligero, fácil de configurar, y soporta muchas mas conexiones concurrentes.. y depende como lleguen los datos luego se construye una función que la de-codea y así ver en consola como funciona. si gustas háblame al chat un saludo.
