quick help with richfilemanager

I need a very quick assist with a few configurations file ([login to view URL]) (apart from the below, its up and running) I need to change/personalize a few settings/configuration files very quickly. guide me how to change the default store folder guide me how to show Thumbs images once the default store folder changed. If you setup this before it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes but for some reasons I cant get it going and dont want to fiddle anymore. needs to be done in an hour. make your bid acceptable.. this is not more than 10 minutes job if you know what you are doing.
