Report Sender using PHP Script and CRON

I need a PHP script that will send by email a text file under the control of cron The file to send is located in the folder /var/lib/asterisk/logs_dts/MMMYYYY/[login to view URL] WHERE: MMM = month name upper case letters such as JUN. YYYY = 4 digit year MM = month number such as 06, 01 DD = day two digits such as 22, 01 YY = last two digits of current year Example:  For today Jun 22 2021 it would appear as  logs_dts/JUN2021/[login to view URL] The text file is not very large. When the script runs, it will locate the correct file and email it to my customer and send a copy to my email address. I think I covered everything but if you have questions please let me know.
